For weddings outside of Colorado and Lake Geneva, we create custom proposals tailored entirely to your day. Each destination collection is thoughtfully designed around your location, travel logistics, and number of coverage days.
All travel is handled by us and built directly into your proposal — no hidden fees, no coordinating flights or hotels on your end.
You focus on the experience, we'll take care of getting there.
For weddings in Colorado and the Lake Geneva area, collections begin at $5,500 with most couples investing around $7,000.
We offer a handful of thoughtfully crafted collections along with add-ons to personalize your experience.

We’ll take to the sky to get the "big picture" view. Adding aerials gives your film an extra sense of scale, capturing the beauty of your venue and the landscape from a completely different perspective.

Once we know it’s a good fit, we lock it in. A signed contract and retainer secure your date on our calendar, but more importantly, it means we’re all in. We only take on a limited number of weddings each year so we can stay present, invested, and creatively energized for every couple we work with.
A great film doesn't happen by accident; it happens because you were relaxed enough to let it. We work closely with you and your vendor team to help craft a timeline that prioritizes presence over production. We’re here to help you find the pockets of time where you can breathe, laugh, and actually eat your dinner, ensuring the day flows naturally so the moments we capture are real, not manufactured.

FAQs
To secure your date, we require a signed contract along with a 25% non-refundable retainer. The remaining balance is due 90, 60, and 30 days prior to your wedding date. This non-refundable retainer serves as compensation for our commitment to providing services and for declining potential projects or clients.
We accept cash payments through Zelle. Additionally, we gladly accept credit card payments; however, please note that a 3% processing fee will be added to your total for credit card transactions.
We dedicate significant time, effort, and attention to detail in crafting each wedding film to perfection, ensuring it reflects the essence of your special day. Our approximate turnaround time for the cinematic highlight film is typically 16-20 weeks, although this may vary, particularly during busy seasons. The timeline for other films or edits may also vary based on the package you choose. Rest assured, we're committed to delivering a product that exceeds your expectations.
Absolutely! Travel is included for weddings in Colorado and the Lake Geneva area. If you're celebrating somewhere further out — or way further out — we'll put together a custom proposal with travel folded right in. Wherever your story takes you, we're ready to follow.
Music holds immense power in our films. While we often come in with a vision, we also recognize that every couple, wedding, and film is unique. We carefully select music to complement the tone and emotion of your day, allowing our creativity to flourish and ensuring your film is the best it can be.
Your wedding films will be delivered through VidFlow, a professional video delivery service we trust to ensure the best experience for our couples. You'll receive a personalized Online Video Album containing all the videos we create for your wedding, delivered in full 4K quality. This album can be easily shared with your loved ones for viewing at any time. Please note that the Ceremony, Reception, and Documentary Films will not be delivered via VidFlow. Instead, we'll mail you a USB containing these films for your convenience.
